As we are a small business based in Melbourne, we wanted to keep you updated on the actions we are taking due to the stage 4 restrictions introduced from 11:59pm Wednesday 5th August.
Our Warehouse Remains Open
Our warehouse remains open through this period, with only a small team of staff rostered on each day. This may result in a slight delay in processing your requests, but we don't envisage it taking more than 2 business days at our busiest point.
Delivery Delay Notice
Due to the increased demand and border closures we are forecasting that orders may be delayed in being delivered to you. We have chosen Couriers Please as our preferred courier due to their reliability throughout the past months. We are working closely with Couriers Please to minimise delays, delivering your order as safely and quickly as possible.
Click & Collect and Express Delivery Temporarily Unavailable
Until further notice we will not be accepting any click & collect orders. We have also disabled express shipping options as we cannot guarantee how long your items will take to arrive.
Extra Safety Measures for Orders
- All staff using hand sanitiser before and after each order is packed
- Social distancing measures as per department guidelines
- Staggering shifts to try and minimise any staffing disruptions and transmission
