Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout stage based on your postcode and weight of your order, so ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to get the best rate.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Braeside, Victoria.
Depending on package size and weight, we ship our packages with Australia Post, Aramax, Couriers Please & Allied Express. The courier selected for your order may be dependent on varying factors, and we cannot guarantee your preferred courier will be the one chosen.
Please note that we are unable to ship bulky orders to PO Boxes.
Once booked in you will receive confirmation and a tracking number to see the delivery progress.

Bulk order Shipping:
When placing a large order classed as "bulk order" you will be charged minimum $99 up front for shipping, with the final cost to be determined and invoiced to you prior to shipment.
We will contact you once your order is packed and we have received an accurate quote from our courier if the shipping will cost more than the $99 paid.
If the courier cost is less than $99, we will proceed with booking your order in and will automatically refund you the difference.

New Zealand Customs and Duty fees
As we are based in Australia and you are buying from an Australian company, we therefore charge you for your Order in Australian dollars. The actual price charged to New Zealand customers will be subject to:
- New Zealand GST; and
- the exchange rate applied by the payment provider you have used. New Zealand GST is subject to change in accordance with changes to NZ law.
Please note Orders shipped to NZ valued at more than NZ$1000 may incur duties, customs charges and fees (including GST on duty / freight) charged by the NZ Customs Service once the Order reaches its destination port. These amounts must be paid by you directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorised service provider. Separate Orders placed on the same day may still be subject to the duties, customs charges and fees, as if they were the one order. You can calculate these expected duties, customs charges and fees using NZ Custom Service duty estimator. Note that the GST on the goods has already been collected at checkout. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these duties, customs charges or fees.

Additionally, your financial services provider or payment provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide. Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
- If prior to booking your order with our courier the final shipping cost incurred by us is significantly higher then the amount paid, we will make contact via email to discuss options including providing an additional invoice for the excess shipping charge.
- For remote & regional orders you may be charged an up-front fee of $99 for your order. We will make contact prior to booking your packages in with our courier to request additional payment or process a refund should shipping cost incurred by us to be less than the amount charged to you.
- We ship big and bulky packages, and while we try our best to give you an accurate cost for shipping sometimes due to remote location, package weight and dimensions we may need to adjust the final shipping cost.
Please refer to our returns policy for details on returning stock to us. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days. Note regional & remote locations may take longer to be delivered.
Same Day Dispatch
Orders placed before 10 AM - AEST will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
Warehouse Operating Hours
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on public holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
