It's okay to change your mind, and we want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase from us.
30 Day Change of Mind Returns
If after you receive our products you decide they're not for you or you don't need as many boxes as your thought, you have 30 days from date of delivery to organise a change of mind return.
Email orders@archiveboxes.com.au as soon as you can to get the return process underway.
You will receive a refund for any returned items that are in a saleable condition minus any shipping costs. Note you will need to cover shipping costs to return the items to us, or get in touch with our team and we can provide a quote from our courier.
Damaged in Transit
Sometimes our deliveries get damaged while in transit due to our packages being large and bulky. It is important that you contact us within 24 hours of your delivery arriving to lodge a claim with our couriers.
When contacting us to lodge a claim, please include:
- Photos of any damaged exterior packaging
- Photos of each item damaged
- Description and quantity of damage to items.
In some cases it may be appropriate to not accept the delivery and instead have the item returned to us. If you have not accepted a delivery, please contact our customer care team by emailing orders@archiveboxes.com.au to lodge an investigation.
Faulty Item Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with our customer care team by emailing orders@archive boxes.com.au.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges on items that are faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds can take a few business days to appear on your account.
Australian Consumer Law
You have rights as a consumer - its a really good thing! Our polices in no way limit these rights.
