We are mad about Boxes!

Here at archiveboxes.com.au we love boxes.

This obsession started around 15 years ago when we saw our first super strong archive box. It was a balmy afternoon - the light was just so - and we fell head over heels (literally) for a box that someone had placed in a corridor at work. We were so impressed with how well it stood up to our little accident that we instantly decided to become box aficionadas, and here we find ourselves today...(TRUE STORY)

We are a legitimate company (15 years old!) with a physcial address (we are based in Braeside, Victoria). All orders placed are sent same / next day - depending on order time. We think our products are great, so if you ever have an issue please let us know and we will try to rectify. Lastly, please don't hesitate to call if you have any queries - we like what we do, and love talking to people about it!

 

 

Refund and Return Policy
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with our products, or have just changed your mind, we are happy for you to return them to us and we will issue you a full refund (minus any shipping costs). This policy lasts 30 days, which should give you plenty of time to make up your mind! If you have any concerns about our product please get in touch - we really do want to help.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@smartrecordsgroup.com.au.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@smartrecordsgroup.com.au and send your item to: 32 Tarnard Drive Braesdie Victoria AU 3195.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 32 Tarnard Drive Braeside Victoria AU 3195
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
